It took everything I had last night to not fart during my prenatal massage.
Re: FFFC!
I exclusively pump but don't have a large supply. So sometimes E cries and I only have a tiny amount left in his bottle and have to pump the rest. I have been known to prop up a bottle on a blanket so he can eat in his carseat. I'd prefer doing this over giving him forumula (which his tummy doesn't react well to).
It definitely could be flammable that I don't hold him every time but I am happy that he's getting my milk!
TTC since Feb 2012
Diagnosed with PCOS and anovulation
2 round clomid 1 round femara--no response
1st round injectables/IUI 1/31---BFP!
I received results from my genetic testing. I am a carrier of a disease that will cause the child to go blind/coma at 2 years old and die around 10. There is no treatment.
So now we are waiting on dh's results to see if he is a carrier. We will get the results in a week.
It has been really hard. I spent last night crying and I just want to make it through this week.
When you've been married this long, you need a ticker to remind you.

((hugs)) for cinderin - I hope DH turns out not to be a carrier so you don't need to worry so much
I confess that pumping makes me feel like a jersey cow, but it's kind of fun to see how much milk I can get in one session. I also confess that as much as I would rather EBF, the mental break we are taking is so much nicer than the constant fussing and screaming that has been our BF experience whenever we try at home. And then I simultaneously feel guilty about that too.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
((Hugs!!!))
I know that's stressful...fingers crossed that you will get good news about DH!
I confess dumb things but I need to let them out!!
My moms jaw does this clicking noise when she's eating and it bothers the hell out of me :-/ and I know hate is a strong word but I'm pretty sure I hate my sister. She used to be my best friend and now I can't stand her!!
((hugs))
I am so sorry. Hugs.
big ((hugs)). i hope you have good news from your DH's results.
I'm sorry, sweetie. That must be incredibly stressful. I hope you get some good results back from your DH.
my blog
Just curious. If you're referring to the posts on GP, why did you post this here and not in the FFC thread on GP?
It wasn't just on GP, but I'm more than happy to put this over there as well. It was more of a general "everyone is p*ssing me off" kinda day on message boards. Although I don't think I had any issues over here on GPM.
fair enough! I've had those days.

((cinderin)) I was a carrier for CF. We still haven't recieved H's results back, and it is scary to think about. I hope your H isn't a carrier.
H and I opened up the card with what we're having with our doctor at our appt. H couldn't wait and my ob was so excited to be the one to open up the card. He said it made his day. I have no idea how I'm going to make it through tonight without slipping up before we cut the cake. Also, I KNEW there was no way in the world H would be able to wait till the evening to find out.
B Born 6.27.13
I can't! H made me promise that we wouldn't even tell anybody that we know, but I couldn't think of any other good FFFC. But I'll post this evening! Sorry for being a tease!

I love this confession! Usually it is our dog clearing the room.

You're killing meeeeeeeeeeeee! My cousins found out today what they are having, too, and they aren't sharing until tomorrow! WAAAAAAAAAAH!
Another FFC: If I wasn't married to DH, I would probably have at least 10 cats. At least.
Cinderin - sending hugs & hopes for good news with your Hs results
My confession - I took a nap while E was asIeep even though I still have 50 thank you notes to write.
Cinderin-I am so sorry to hear this. I can't imagine what you are going through but I hope that you can relax when you get your DH's results.
My FFFC-I am looking forward to DH being in charge of Ava Nichol after my surgery. He has never had to exclusively care for her and I can't wait for him to see what I do all day. I know it won't be exactly what I do because he won't cook and clean like I do but it will be a start! He has already said that by the weekend (4 days) he will probably need a break so he must have some idea what he is getting into.

I have one - I am so paranoid that something is going to happen to C. He seems to have trouble breathing all the time and I am constantly checking on him. We've brought it up do the doctor multiple times and even took him to the ER once and everyone says it sounds normal, but it just doesn't feel normal to me. The fact that he's been coughing and congested has turned me into a wreck and DH had to sleep on my side of the bed next to him so I wouldn't be up all night watching him breathe. I don't even like to put him down while he sleeps because I prefer to monitor his breathing at all times
but I'm trying to get better about that.
In conjunction with this confession, I'm really worried that I am going to develop some kind of post partum anxiety disorder. I hope this is just normal new mom worry and nothing more.
